Willand Rovers are delighted to announce the signing of exciting goal-scoring midfielder Archie Reay! Archie joins us from fellow Southern League side Bideford AFC.
Archie started his non-league journey at Bideford in before switching to Tiverton a few seasons later. Then he made the journey over to Mill Road for his first stint as a Barum player. Then he switched sides of the A39 by heading to The Sports Ground to link up with Sean Joyce at Bideford before his first stint at Rovers.
After his time at Rovers, Archie then headed back down the A361 to Barnstaple before once again heading to Bideford in 2022 for several seasons, becoming a fan’s favourite to the Bideford faithful. Archie also made several appearances for Ilfracombe Town during his time in EX39.
Archie spoke to the club’s media earlier this afternoon, “I’ve always enjoyed revisiting the club and the great people involved behind the scenes. Looking forward to working with Watto and the lads. 🤍”
