We are pleased to announce another exciting young talent, Zac Williams, will be joining Rovers for the 26/27 season. Zack joins us from Sidmouth Town of the Western League.

Striker Zac was the Golden Boot winner at Sidmouth scoring 11 goals last year, in what was his debut season at Step 5.

Club media caught up with Zac, as he expressed his thoughts about making the move to the Street this season, and this is what he had to say:

“Really keen to get started with Willand, after having a very enjoyable pre seaosn with a great vibe amongst the lads, management and club as a whole. Very much looking forward to the season ahead and ready to play my part 💪🏾.”

Young full back Jude Horn recently released by Exeter City where he was part of their academy. Has shown his prowess in preseason and taken his opportunity with some impressive displays

Club media caught up with Jude, as he expressed his thoughts ahead of his first season in men’s football, and this is what he had to say:

“I’m really excited to sign for Willand after a positive pre-season. The lads and staff have made me feel welcome from day one, and there’s a great atmosphere around the club.

There is clear ambition for the season ahead, and I’m looking forward to contributing however I can. Can’t wait to get the season started!”

Willand Rovers are delighted to announce that Aidan Bown joins Ben Watson’s white army for the 2026/27 Southern Football League Division One South Campaign!

Aidan was released by Exeter City at the end of last season after being part of the ECFC Academy since the age of eight. He has most recently been playing in the for the U18’s and is relishing the challenge of playing senior football with Rovers in the season ahead.

“I’m excited to begin this new chapter and can’t wait to get started with the club. A new challenge for me in men’s football I’m and looking forward to showing everyone what I can bring.”

Zepn was part of the ECFC academy before being released. He has since been playing step 5 football at Wellington and Street where he played 30 games at the latter

Tiago joined Rovers at the start of the 25/26 season from Taunton Town initially on a dual registration but made his move permanent at the club shortly into the second half of the season at the Street. An exciting defender and a threat to any striker, Sá’s work rate and determination shows everytime he reps the black and white of Rovers and his journey continues with us!

“I really enjoyed my first year at Willand, so was a no brainer for me. I know last season wasn’t the outcome we all wanted but with the people around the club and the goals set out for this season, I feel like it’s going to be an exciting one for the club.

Admiral Nelson Returns! He will be back at Silver Street for the 2026/27 season.

Willand Rovers are delighted to announce that Nelson Iseguan will return to Silver Street for the 2026/27 Southern Football League Division One South Campaign!

Nelson joined Rovers at the start of Ben Watson’s time at the club with the bright youngster looking to kick on at Step 4 following some time within the Western League at Watto’s former side Street. Nels brings excitement and eagerness to learn in abundance. With a full season ahead in the famous White & Black, an exciting campaign is on the horizon.

Club media caught up with Nelson, as he expressed his feelings about coming back to EX15 this season, and this is what he had to say: “There was never much doubt for me. I’m proud to be staying at Willand for another season.

The club, the people, and the fans make it a special place to be. And there is a very clear vision that im absolutely onboard with. Can’t wait to get back out there and give everything for the badge. 💚🤍

Goalkeeper Adam Seedhouse Evans is in between the sticks for Willand Rovers in the 2026/27 season.

Adam rejoins Rovers after a brief spell away in the second half of the season at National League South side Torquay United following his spell as a goalkeeping coach with the Gulls.

Adam’s keeping career started with Bovey Tracey where he got scouted by Plymouth Argyle as a 16 year old. Spells at Cullompton Rangers and Barnstaple Town led to Seedhouse making the switch across the Atlantic Highway to Bideford where he was a stalwart for the Robins.

After departing Bideford, Seedhouse headed closer to home with Buckland Athletic before taking a brief break from football to work on his media commitments. A return to semi pro with Rovers halfway through last season led to linking up with his boyhood club Torquay United where he helped develop the Gulls keepers over a period of time. the Non League Pickford is back.

Club media caught up with Ben Watson, as we welcomed another member of the 26/27 squad back to Silver Street, and this is what he had to say: “I’m extremely happy to secure Adam for the coming season. Adam was fantastic during his short spell last season and will add experience and quality in abundance.

Striker Benjamin MacIver-Redwood becomes the third forward to commit to Willand Rovers Football Club for the 2026/27 season.

Ben rejoins Rovers after a fantastic second half of the season under Watto where he made a great impact with the team, contributing several goals in key moments and became a fans favourite for the Willand faithful.

Ben joined the club from Devon League side Topsham Town after a break from semi professional football. Coming through the ranks at Callington Town & Torquay United, Benny headed to Scotland to work on his degree. During his time at Stirling University, he would represent the university side in the Lowland League before heading onto Montrose in the SPFL League One.

On his return to England, he linked up with Topsham which resulted in a rich vein of goals for Macca. At the start of 2026, he was registered into the squad and made his debut for the side against Falmouth Town in the final 20 minutes.

Club media caught up with Ben Watson, as we welcomed another member of the 26/27 squad back to Silver Street, and this is what he had to say: “Benny has been great since his been at the club.
I’m excited to help bring the best out of Benny and I believe he’s gonna be a real threat in the southern league and be a fearful presence to all in his way”
