20-year-old defender Calum Thomas has committed to Willand Rovers Football Club for the 2026/27 season following an outstanding first spell at Silver Street.
Thomas joined the Rovers midway through last season after an impressive 18-month spell with Brixham Association Football Club and quickly established himself as one of the standout performers in the squad. The left-sided centre-half produced a series of commanding and composed displays at the heart of the defence, earning widespread praise for his consistency and maturity beyond his years.

Having spent his entire youth career with Torquay United Football Club, Thomas developed through a highly respected academy system before gaining senior experience with Tiverton Town Football Club in the Southern Football League Premier Division South. Still only 20 years old, Thomas has already shown exceptional potential, combining defensive composure with strong technical ability and an excellent reading of the game. His return represents another important piece of the puzzle as the club continues to build for the future.
