Ben WATSON (Manager)
Ben started his career at Brighton & Hove Albion as a teenager where he played in the youth setup before being released by the Sussex outfit. Spells at Bognor Regis Town & Grays Athletic led him to move to Devon to sign for Exeter City in 2008.
Making several appearances for the grecians, he moved back to Sussex in 2011 to join Eastbourne Borough where he’d become a regular.
In the later stage of his career; Watson played for Dorchester Town, Truro City, Bideford AFC & St. Martins
Following his retirement he took over at Crediton United whilst studying for his UEFA badges through the Exeter City Community Trust before moving onto Barnstaple Town in 2023, then to Street in 2024 before joining Rovers after David Steele departed the club
